The Vanagon bolt pattern is 5 x 112. The stock wheel offset is ET-35. Wheels marked 'ET-45' will therefore sit 10mm closer inwards. This has the advantage of keeping fat tires more under the fenders. See Michael Sullivan's Vanagon tire section diagram this link leaves vanagon.com for a visual explanation of this.
You could have been selling the mistaken rims for ten years now. It can be 4 X one hundred thirty. Meaning, four lugs and the 2 reverse lugs measure a hundred thirty millimeters from each and every other from middle to core. And the offset will depend on the variety of wheel used.
