When turning the key, the engine sounds like it is about to start, but never quite does. Stepping on the gas doesn't help.

It was last driven just two days ago with no problems. There is gas, oil, and battery power. It has been serviced regularly througout it's 'life'.

Is there anything a very non-mechanical person can do to get it started??? Thanks :)
