220 pounds.. 5.9 ..... and 14...?

Hello im noar and im 220 pounds 5.9 and 14 years old. I am obese, but i consider my self a athletic obese kid, i can run 300 meters without stoping, and i can lift weight.. i just started to work out with my fathers bowflex sport.. im wondering if i should work out every other day or less. I wana be brolic as hell although i have the shap but still have some fat around my legs, stomach , and chest... and should i drink a protein shake after i work out or before? please leave comments below on helping me lose this weight and becoming a muscle machine! - thank you
