ok so here goes. first of all i am seeing my midwife this afternoon!!
two nights ago i thought i may have had my "calm before the storm" i had no pains what so ever! and it continued through the next day. then some braxton hicks came back that night and a migraine.
yesterday i had alot of brown discharge that filled my pad.
last night i had alot of braxton hicks that hurt. and while i was in bed alot of the shooting pains which i am guessing due to bubs getting lower. and i think i am right because i cant seem to feel his head and around my pelvic area is very fat compared to normal.
i have had a few gushes of liquid which i am not sure if its my water or discharge. i am pretty sure i am loosing the rest of my plug now because ive had some snot like substance on my pad and after i wipe.
the leaking still went on after i had a pee. i stopped and then more was dripping out as i felt bubs move.
i opened my bowels about a hour ago and ever since my "braxton hicks" seem to been getting more painful. while i was on the toilet i had a big cramp lower tummy.
i have also been getting lower back pain. but its more constant. and my braxton hicks do not have a pattern at all.

If your water broke you need to deliver soon. You are at a risk for infection if you do not. If it keeps leaking out it is probably your water and not pee. Your braxton hicks sound like contractions, so it sounds like you'll be going into labor soon. But if you think your water broke call your doc and get into labor and delivery. :)
If your water broke it will be continuous and you cant control it. You would soak a pad with fluid within an hour or less. Real contractions will follow a pattern and you would be able to time them.
