So all I know that if you are student you cannot use 3ds max for commercial using, so you cannot use it for models in game or selling them. But can you have full acces to 3ds max power like in bought version? Can I install plug ins, can I save models?
And I can I use them in fbx format but it is kinda illegal?

The Student version is supposed to be renewed each year. You can't use it in the classroom. It is everything 3Ds is, however, the upgrade to the pro version is $4k+ and includes all the suite. Inasfaras plug-ins, those used to require a pair of serial numbers. I suppose the worse AutoDesk could do to you is sue you for any profits you make and for monthly rental of the pro version -- $300+ per month. If you own the pro of Maya, AutoCAD or 3Ds you may not resell it.
I suppose if you are worried you could always open the model in Blender and save out to the various model formats Blender can do. Personally, I think 3Ds is way overpriced and I never heard of anyone making any money with such software. The major movie companies use proprietary software(s).
