Don't sit in front of the tv, computer, video game snacking. Cut out sodas and candy and go outside ride a bike play, soccer, baseball, basketball anything that envolves running and being active. She doesn't need to go on a "diet" at her age just upping the activity will be good for her as long as she doesn't stuff herself with alot of sweets.
115 pounds and how tall is she?
If she feels like she wants to get in shape, the best thing to do at her age would be to exercise. I wouldn't suggest that she DIET, but it would be helpful if she watched what she ate. (For example, cut out pop and fast food and try to eat more fruits, veges. Total flakes for breakfast rather than a sugary cereal or fatty bacon. Just smart choices.)
Since I started to work out I was looking for a good weight loss product. I was on a diet but I felt that I needed a little "help" so I decided to try this great product and I had fantastic results. You can check their website at

She does not need to lose weight. She only needs to maintain her current weight and not gain more. She is still growing and it will balance out over time.
