I have a 6ft female Burm (Regular coloring if that has anything to do with it.) Last night I put her in a bathtub filled with warm water and I was moving her around and I lifted up her tail and her genital area was open and there was one side that was pink and puffy while the other side was not.
I was wondering if anyone knew who could be wrong. I don't want to ignore it and it end up being an infection that could possibly kill my baby.

It depends how much of the genetalia (assuming that's what it was) was extended from the cloaca. When a snake is stressed out (bathing will do this) they will often extend their genitals. For males this means they will extend hemipenes and it's very obvious, but for females it's less obvious. Some tissue is extended but not that much in most species. I'm not too familiar with burmese pythons so it's hard to tell. The main thing you need to look for is that when you put the snake back in its cage and give it a chance to relax, whatever part was extended when it was stressed should retract back into the cloaca. If it does not retract, then you have issues. It could be a prolapsed organ or partially prolapsed organ and this would require a vet to correct. If you think it could be a prolapse, take it to the vet immediately as they can be deadly.
When I saw 6 ft. Burmese Genitals, I thought you meant something else...
