6wks post partum and brown stringy discharge?
had my 3rd baby 5 and half weeks ago. bleeding stopped after 2wks (as it did with my other 2) but today after going to loo noticed brown stringy discharge...........didnt think anything of it as when wiped had bright red blood (sorry tmi) so assumed it was my period (the fun!) but the bright red has stopped and is now stringy spongey brown again. any ideas what this could be?
have my 6wk check on monday.........dont wana spend the weekend stressing if its nothing. thanks :)

Sounds like you might have an infection,you should go get checked hun.Regardless of what ur obgyn says,you know your body better,if anything atleast then youd have peace of mind:)
