I own an ab lounge 2. To me they are worth the investment but you have to stick to your routine. I find it very easy to do 200 crunches on it daily. It took about a month for me to see results because at the time that was the only thing I was doing to lose my belly fat. In addition to your machine, try jumping rope or jumping jacks as cardio. It will help you burn fat and it is a good workout.
my sister and that i chop up the fee and provided one at walmart for $150 on sale. 2 months later of applying it, and not some thing surpassed off. we pronounced the instructions, watched what we ate..and not some thing. thankfully, walmart took it lower back for a save credit. final diagnosis, the two connect a fitness center (treadmill) or purchase a treadmill (they fee between $250 - $500 at walmart, yet you will get one on ebay for between $seventy 5 - $150, yet you will in all likelihood would desire to prefer to %. it up). aerobic seems to be the suited wager. i lost approximately 3 lbs so some distance (i haven't been doing it that long).

Hope this helped.
No experience with the cross crunch; the ab lounge is terrible.
I have an ab lounge. It sucks, and it doesn't help at all. Once you start using it on regular basis, you'll get a lower back pain.
