So my friend and I both speak french but in grade 11 my friend took grade 10 spanish. and ever since then she no longer possesses a perisian accent. So i was wondering if there's an area that shares her now Spanish- infused French accent - I'm assuming somewhere along the French/Spanish boarder. BTW just if you happen to be wondering when we speak English - our native language - we speak with a Canadian accent (Ontario - not maritimes accent). I also bet when i get better at German I'll be speaking it with a French twang, is there another region that speaks that way too?

As for the French/Spanish border, it could be either the french "south-west" accent, or the "cataluña accent". But it may also be a random mix.
As for me, when speaking different languages, I usually don't mix accents, I just keep having my french accent.
I speak French (not fluently), Italian, Portuguese, Spanish and I am able to separate all the accents. Of course when speaking, I sometime confuse some words but that's about it.
No, most people can keep such things separated. Others can't.
You may be one of the former.
