accident death charges?
my friend just shot his brother,by accident..they were cleaning their guns,can you get charged for murder for this?like when you kill the person in your car from drunk driving?

Probably not murder, but probably manslaughter. If you act in a careless way, and kill someone, that's manslaughter. Murder takes intent to kill.
