Take some Pycnogenol (1 capsule for every 50 lbs you are) and Omega 3's every day - you can get them at a GNC or health food store - the best stuff ever! and cut out sugar if you can - it wrecks your skin, among other things!
I personally think you should stick with Proactive because when you start using skincare creams or masks, you skin gets worse before getting better. This ALWAYS happens no matter what because the creams and washes are cleaning the skin and making all the dirt and oils deep in your pores rise up to the surface of your skin. They will go away soon and your skin will just keep improving from there. That happened to me and I am sure has happened to everyone in the world who has used a skincare product. You could also visit a dermatologist and ask what the best thing to do is. A dermatologist will be able to help you. Good luck and I hope this helps. (:
Please answer! Thanks (:

While it took little less than two months for me to really see a difference, my acne, blackheads and whole lot of other skin problems I had such as eczema had completely cleared! It was totally amazing...
Get Rid Of Acne Permanently?
1. Take a hot shower. Not boiling, just enough so that the mirror can get foggy. This opens up your pores.
2. If your skin is not easily irritated, you can exfoliate. This is good for your skin, and can prevent further breakouts, but may make your skin more irritated. I use Johnson&Johnson Clean and Clear exfoliator, but you can buy a nicer one. If not, use a gentle cleaner. I like Olay Daily Renewal Cleanser. Do this step after you wash your hands and rinse water over your face. (Slightly warm water, not cold but not scalding!)
3. Repeat the 2nd step, but use only the cleanser. Rinse with COLD water and do this right before you get out. I recommend doing this after a full shower. (Shampoo, Conditioner, shaving, body wash, whatever you want, just the longer you're in the steamy shower the better.)
4. Dry your face with a clean towel, and pat it dry, not rub it.
5. Tie your hair back so nothing touches your face. Get 1 tablespoon of raw honey and half a lemon. Mix together in a bowl. Add more honey or add just as much lemon as needed so it can be the consistency of cough syrup.
6. Using clean hands, (wash them, yes, again!) put on face as a mask. Let it sit for about half an hour. Do not talk or move your face. Put o towel around your shoulders so your clothes aren't sticky.
7. Rinse off with cold water, pat dry with clean washcloth. (Not the towel you dried off with from the shower, it must be new and cleaned!)
8. Get about 1 tablespoon each of baking soda and water and mix together.
9 Using clean hands (wash yet again, clean hands are key!) put the paste on the pimples. Let dry for about 20-30 minutes.
10. Pat dry with another new washcloth, not the one used from the honey and lemon.
11- Get an ice cube and wrap it with a clean shirt or cloth. Press it GENTLY against the breakout area, and over the rest of your face. Hold it for 30 seconds- 1 minute, whatever you feel is best, then take it off for 10-15 seconds then repeat as needed.
12. Put on a very thin layer or non comedogenic moisturizer, (Cetaphil is a good one) with clean hands. Wait about 10 minutes.
13. Get the highest benzoyl peroxide you can get (you can get his at Walgreens), and DAB not rub it one the pimples. Let it dry before going to bed.
Tips-
Drink plenty of water, avoid greasy foods, eat Omega-3 fatty acids (fish) Get plenty of sleep. (8 hours minimum, preferably more) DO NOT TOUCH OR PICK THE PIMPLES!!! If you wear makeup, get Neutrogena SkinClearing liquid and SkinClearing mineral powder makeup with salicylic acid. Worth your money. Do not use exfoliator not than once a week at the most! Otherwise it will cause more breakouts. Repeat as many days as needed, usually 3 max.
Hope this helps!
And the reason for needed everything to be clean is so bacteria doesn't infect the skin and make it more red.
Lemon reduces redness but can be harsh, so honey is added, honey is great for skin, baking soda gets rid of pimples, cold water closes pores, hot steamy water opens them. Ice- same as cold water.
To put on makeup-
1- Wash with cleanser and warm water like shown above. NEVER use exfoliator in the morning!
2. Put on moisturizer. Only a light layer otherwise your skin will get very oily!
3. Put on liquid makeup. Remember, a little goes a long way!
4. Put on powder makeup. I find the sheer side (orange) all over the face works the best and blends in well.
5. Feel free to dab on some of the liquid concealer over the red breakout if the other stuff doesn't do the trick. Use your ring finger and gently dab it on so it blends in.
Tips-
Remember to blend!!! You can put on blush but some brands can highlight the breakouts. Use with caution!!! Don't forget to apply makeup around the eye and go down the neck and under your face and on your ears so it blends in!! Use clean hands!!!
Also- Exercise, meditate, watch tv, whatever you need to do to relax and relieve stress.
Good luck!
run your tap until its boiling hot and then soak your flannel in the hot water and place it across your nose for about ten seconds then squeeze all the crap outa your nose espeacially the sides where all the black heads are youll be surprised how much stuff you get out of it by doing that. if you do it before you go to bed when you get up all the red blotchyness will have gone. =)
put neosporin on the areas before bed then wash your face in the morning
this helps with scars if you have those too. a lot of people say this doesn't work probably because they have never tried it or don't have acne
if it's just a few though with no scars drink lots of water & DONT TOUCH THEM. just let em disappear by washing your face twice a day & a good lotion.
You can try using clay masks as they help remove dirt from deep inside and clear your skin of impurities. More such solutions at

get some lichthammal oitment. its black, smells bad, and it will stain your clothes, butdotting it on your pimples and leaving it on there for a few hours will pull all of the nasty stuff out. its really weird/cool/gross at the same time. your pharmacist should have it. its called a 'salve', used for drawing things out. and it has a tone of other uses!
go into ur local chemist and ask what is the best thing 2 use if they cant suggest anything then go 2 ur local gp
try crest white tooth paste not gell!
i dries them up overnight!!!! })i({
