If you have acne, I would not think putting lotion, especially lotion with cocoa butter on your face would be good for your acne. Seems like that would cause more acne. I have acne scars, I buy glycolic acid cream and apply that about once a week. It burns when you first start using it, but it does help with the acne scars, and even help clear up any existing acne you may have.
Retin A cream (aka vitamin acid cream) and an exfoliating cream (like a glycolic acid) can make a slight difference. But don't set your expectations too high. The scars will smooth out over time, but never completely disappear. There are laser treatments that are thousands of dollars and they burn off a layer of the skin. They're not a 100% guaranteed though. Also some microdermabrasion will give you temporary results and make your skin feel smoother.
A ten-year acne sufferer myself, I will show you how I cured my acne condition in 3 days the natural way, saved myself from further scarring, and stopped wasting my money on expensive medications and over-the-counter products!
