An AFJROTC scholarship is a great opportunity, but keep in mind that the military is drastically downsizing and is only taking a select few. That being said id say you look a lot like that person great job on the academics and extracurricular activities they all help for the scholarship. good luck!
I'd say your chances are pretty good. It would help if you could actually enroll in a JROTC course, regardless of branch. Also, if at all possible, find a military leader from your community and see if they well recommend you for a scholarship. You could also talk to any Local Recruiters, they may be able to help you out as well.
I wouldn't rely on that as your only scholarship option, though.
I'd say you got a pretty good chance. It would help if you play some sports though.
