Hi, I'm a 13 year old girl. Lately, I have been getting dry, red, rings around my eyes. Not in my eyes, but the skin around it. It sort of looks like a raccoon mask, but red. It is very dry. And putting anything on it usually makes it worse. It is also quite wrinkly on the below the corner, underneath my eye towards the nose. And, I'm only 13, so I know I'm not getting wrinkles already. I don't want to go to school again like this, is there anything that can help it? Or do you have a diagnosis?
