Am I severely underweight?
I'm 13 now and I am about 4'5 and I'm so scared if I'm underweight. I'm naturally thin because I know I'm skinny and quite nervous about if I'm ill. I'm 5.5 stones and I eat normally like my sister who is 6 stones and 11. Please help me. I don't need any doctors or anything. Just advice to become at least 6 stones by next week or so. Thanks

Dear,If you want to gain weight increase the intake of carbohydrates and fat in your diet.Eat healthy,increase the intake of fruits,vegetables,dairy products.Eat small meals frequently during day time.Instead of 3 meals eat 5 small meals a day.But dear this thing is going to take time,you cant increase weight in a week in a healthy way.Try this it is going to help you out.Take care.GOD BLESS YOU.
