I'm 89 pounds and 4ft 11in. I'm 12, although I don't know why that would help. The BMI Chart says I'm underweight. Am I truly underweight?
only a little bit. you need to start eating more but healthy stuff. and also more exercise to build up those muscles.

As long as you are healthy and exercising and eating with a balanced lifestyle it doesn't matter what you weight by the books as long as you feel good about yourself that is the important part. If you're seriously worried about this, you shouldn't be, you have your whole life ahead of you and I'm sure you'll grow into your body hehe.
