I recently ordered a hoodie from amazon.com. It says it would ship either yesterday or today, however, today I got an email saying that the i added that sweater to my shopping cart and that if I haven't purchased them or removed them, then i should click my shopping cart to complete my order, but when i click it, i dont have anything there and it's in my order history, but hasn't shipped. will it ship? or do I have to order again, if i order again, will it charge me twice?

look at that email again and hover over the links in the email - if it's not amazon.com but is claiming to be, spam it or report it to the amazon email abuse folks. I see stuff like that once in a while.
another thing to check is the email address the email comes from, those can be spoofed too.
