There will be a million answers, since Anarchism doesn't enforce an answer. Personally, I don't think any solution to murder is possible, and any solution to murder involves increased suffering and aggression. The bigger question is, what is the solution to people who create false solutions to things, ultimately doing more harm than good? In order to decrease suffering, we need to combat the idea that crime can be reduced by courts, violence or punishment.
if the killing you are talking about is in relation to anarchism, then the answer would be different..but for the question "what action should be taken if a person kills another person" my answer is simple. It depends on the case. There is killing in self defense, by accident and not guilty, like if someone passes through a red light and the one with the green ligth kills him or her. There is Killing by accident but guilty, like killing while you are driving drunk. There is killing on purpose but thinking you had good motives like killing a bad person (death penalty for example) and there is killing on purpose but without motives like the thief that after asking for money kills you. It all depends on what type of killing....and at the end, killing is killing and always sad, but what to do in each case varies greatly

Is an anarchist a human being? If so, then what is a human being's belief on what action should be taken?
Just because anarchists do not believe in rulers does not prevent them from believing in rules.
In fact, because anarchists do not believe in state-sponsored murder, anarchists are more moral than others.
