So I went to the doctors yesterday because I've been experiencing some really bad pains in my lower left side and he made me do a urine sample but he said he couldn't see any infection in my urine but all the symptoms I'm getting sound exacly like what you get in a kidney infection. But since yesterday the pain has got even worse, the pain is excrutiating and its moved to the right side and near my ovaries and also I have sharp pains in my bladder aswell as the left side, what should I do? I'm in so much pain...

I would go to the hospital. But if you're going to stay home, take a hot bath, and some Tylenols. Also, I heard once that there is a nerve in the back of your foot that if your rub it, it relieves your pelvic area. Also, depending on your genetic background. You could be experiencing appendicitis. If it gets any worse, go to the hospital immediately.
If you're ever in that much pain, I would go to the hospital immediately. It's better safe than sorry. If you want to get an idea of what might be going on, you can go to Webmd.com and go to their "symptom checker" and list your symptoms. It gives a pretty accurate answer as to what might be going on. If they're really as bad as they sound though, i wouldn't hesitate to go to the hospital.
Go to a clinic or different doctor. It sounds like you have some type of Infection and need medication. Go today and get some relief.
Go to the ER.
