6 STEPS TO SUCCESS
(Morning)
1.) JUMP ROPE!! it has a lot of the same effects as running but NOT ALL OF THEM
jump for 5 minutes then take a five minute break, then repeat.
2.)Take your vitamins B12 & B6 <- very important to speed up your metabolism so you can shed the pounds faster!!
(Afternoon around whatever time you get off work)
3.) RUN IN PLACE turn on your music and either dirty dance -> is really squats but more fun or run in place for the whole song. Then the next song catch your breathe and take a water break if necessary. Then start back up again.
4.)Make sure you keep your arms from getting BIG, just do 10 bicep and tricep curls once or twice a day!!
(Before bed)
5.) SITUPS before bed. I used to do 100 sit ups while lying in bed every night and it kept my tummy fat under control.
(All day)
6.) EAT RIGHT, no fried foods. Cut out the cheeseburgers, seriously. Try going on a tuna diet, athletes like to do this from time to time because tuna has so much protein and little fat!!
