Play musical chairs, with an Easter themed song, or duck duck goose, only it's rabbit rabbit chick, or something like that. Here are a couple of ideas for prizes:
Easter Kisses:
Put some Hershey Kisses or chocolate chips in a plastic bag and attach the
following poem:
This cute little bunny has hopped all day
Been delivering baskets for the holiday.
His paws are so tired and his little nose itches.
He left you something special - something to fill all your wishes.
These cute little hugs and Easter kisses.
Easter Carrot Treats:
Buy disposable plastic decorating bags and fill them with orange jellybeans
or cheese balls.
Then stick some green Easter grass in the top of the bag (leave some hanging

First of all, why is this question under Halloween? At a Easter party you could possibly have an Easter Egg Hunt outside (if the weather is bad, maybe inside, like in the classroom and hallway). You could pin the tail on the bunny and you could pass out some Easter oriented candy.....just some ideas......

You can buy a lot of candy eggs and have an easter egg hunt. The decorations would have to be pink yellow green and purple and maybe some others.
Pin the Tail on the Easter Bunny
Put jelly beans in a glass jar and ask them to guess how many are in it (make sure YOU know...lol)
Let them decorate cupcakes...buy plain frosted cupcakes and then have sprinkles, edible glitter, candies for them to decorate

Have her friends over for a sleep over... then see who leaves a Cadbury (chocolate egg) in their bed. That would be fun for the first graders.
I am going to go with strippers, and booze. Hard to beat that combo.
