My parents were in Australia for 7 years under a student visa, before moving to Canada, i was born during the last 2 years of their stay in Australia, I'm currently living in Canada, both these countries allow Dual Citizenship, am i eligible for dual citizenship? i currently have a Canadian citizenship and i was born in 1994. i've checked the immigration website for the Australian government but only say for permanent residents or citizens not visa students.

You would only qualify if your parents stayed in Australia from the time of your birth to when you were 10 and then you (not your parents) would have become a citizen. As it is you have no rights to claim Aussie citizenship
you can not claim Australian citizenship unless one of your parents was a legal permanent resident at the time of your birth
your parents being on a student visa does not qualify you for citizenship
