Ive started using protein shakes for a few days now and i read the info saying 30% increase in muscle, thats alot...Now ive been told that if you use too much of the protein shake than your suppose to, you get the side effects of steroids, i wanted to be sure.
Is this true? I believe it isnt because if it was that would be some crazy $@!%.
My teachers say taking protein shakes is one of your best decisions for you since it helps the body and i dozed off from there.

No, its just basically protein like you'd find in meat or beans, etc. And 30% is mostly hype. About the only side effect you'd get from too much protein that's steroid like is if have too many calories in the day your body will store it as fat, giving you man boobs. Seriously, just treat them as another meal and your fine.
If there's a ton of supplements in it like BCAA, nitric oxide or creatine that's different.
Protein Steroids
No, protein shakes are actually pretty healthy. Most contain key amino acids and vitamins and a surplus amount of protein for your muscles. Its basically like giving your muscle's food. There are some protein shakes that have stimulants like caffeine and guarana that can be harmful if taken excessively.
Steroids on the other hand are injected straight into the muscle, where abnormal amounts of testorine force muscle's into an anabolic state.
you're a fool, if you had done any research on protein and protein shakes, you'll clearly see they are not steroids basically, protein helps your body produce more amino acids but yes, there is one side effect; you'll get stronger
steroids provoke ur body to produce more hormones
protein builds up inside ur muscles when they expand through work out
the info is just commercialism. its not necessarily true.
and if you over do protein shakes you might get nauseated, gas, and constipation/or diarrhea.
they are two different things you will not get the same effects. you actually have to work harder for muscle increase with protein shakes.
I recommend that you go to GNC and get ARIMATEST products.
no...it doesnt increase testosterone levels like steroids do
protein shakes is just basically protein that is easily digestable
it digests and gets absorbed by your body pretty fast...compared to eating 50 g of protein from chicken breasts or something
Frequently people quit their diets just before they see any substantial benefits and in nearly each single case it is simply because the diet program is just poorly laid out, if you are one of this persons and you require to lose some weight
