Both. Though I personally enjoy C) Chair and D) Challenging my own thoughts better. Once your own thoughts have been proven to stand the test of time and the criticism of others, then they can be shared and used to challenge others.
I enjoy that atheists constantly challenge other thoughts and ideas. It makes for a better debate and new things learned. Helps people to evaluate what they believe.
And those who become defensive might be afraid to even think in a different train of thought for fear they might "stray." I mean, what would happen if people actually had to explore other ideas from non-faiths or other faiths... they might have to begin to question..... maybe it's too scary for some people.
But intelligence and thinking is their strong point!!!

I find both quite easy actually. I am quite facile at the English language, both enjoy expressing myself and challenging other people's concepts and ideas. For what it is worth, I also challenging my own ideas and concepts.
Both simultaneously, actually. As atheists we need to do both somehow at the same time to avoid getting pestered into believing others' Mother Goose stories. :)
I prefer sharing, but theists tend to get angry at my ideas, and that leads to debates. I actually really enjoy deeply philosophical religious debates though. I always win
