I've DL a few audio files from multiple sites all of them are not music most of the speeches. I think they vary in file types but I don't pay attention to that part. There is a warped background noise, like a wavy or robot voice I guess. (Reminds me of a scary halloween mask voice box) What is it. All the files have been from different sites? I've never had this happen before...

You may be playing it on a program that does not support the file types. Try a different one. Like Windows Media Player, iTunes (only takes AAC and MP3), Winamp, ect.
I know this sounds stupid but check your speakers or listen to the music with headphones. I had a similar problem and it turned out my speakers weren't plugged in all the way.
Or it may be the websites that you got the music files from...
do check and make sure your audio line is plugged in all the way, some times when the speaker line that plugs into the computer is not plugged in all the way there will be distored sound. if that's not the case, it's likely that you need some sort of audio decoder to play these files, there's always a chance that files were damaged during the download and/or there damaged to begin with (but far less likely if ALL your files sound like that)

Its probably the way they where recordered there isnt anything you really can do. But if you find someone with audio knowdlge its possible to filtter it out, try using cool edit to do it, should remove some of the clicks an snaps an such.
ward off the project interior the destiny. the blistered information are already broken and would't be repaired. Use a cd/rom purifier disc. (no longer high priced) then the subsequent time you burn, be certain you're actually not multi-tasking. turn off all different classes that are actually not in use. That replaced into in all probability why it happened interior the 1st place.
