I got a baby patternless gecko a week or so ago, and his front foot is really weird. His toes are stuck together, and the bottom of the foot has a huge brown scaby thing on it... When I soak it in warm water, its turns all filmy and strange. I'd rather not take him to the vet now, because he is so new and just went through the stress of comming to my house, I dont really want to stress him out anymore. Does anyone know what might be wrong with his foot?? any suggestions about what to do?

I suggest that you soak the foot and use a normal over the counter triple antibiotic ointment. The cheaper off brand is best because it is the least strong. Just apply it on the wound several times a week in small amounts. As for the toes being stuck together, It could be a birth defect from a vitamin D deficiency or he could have been inbred and it be a bone defect. It could also just be dead skin that hardened in between the toes which means they would separate after a few warm water soakings. Other wise if it does not affect his walking or eating then i would not worry. I have a female that i rescued and she doesn't have any toes but she is a healthy and happy leo.
Hope I helped!

I think you should Call a Vet as soon as possibly, and if they recommend you bringing him in, Ask if the Vet can come to your house so it doesn't stress him out.
it might be burned from a bad heat source of it could just be from a bad shed.
a lot of geckos lose toes from the shedded skin cutting off circulation.
or it could be MS
