i used to have the same problem.. now it's almost gone hihi. i use nivea visage aqua-sensation anti-shadow eye-cream. it works pretty well and it's not expensive. i just use it before i put on make-up and after the moisturizer. :) hope it works. try to cover up also with some under-eye concealer.
