I'm going on vacation in a little over 3 weeks and I want to look my best. I can wear a bikini, but I want to feel comfortable on the beach. How can I slim down my 'love handles' and belly area most?!? help pleaseeeee

Excersize outside at the most 45 min each day. Walking or running or even playing a sport will do. Cut down on your sugars and breads. Try not to eat any sugars at all. Drink only water but if your dying for soda drink diet. Hope i helped! :)
Cut out white bread, pasta, rice etc and Have small amounts of Wholemeal Pasta, Rice and maximum 1 slice wholemeal bread.
Eat low carb, high protein diet with plenty of fruit and veg and lots of exercise, at least an hour every day, consisting of weights and running. Lots of sleep and water.
Example diet:
Breakfast: Boiled Egg, Wholemeal Toast (1 Slice)
Midday Snack: Protein Shake or Some Low Fat Cottage Cheese on Ryvita with Cherry Tomatoes
Lunch: Salad, Low fat Salad cream or Cottage Cheese, with Tuna or Beans
Afternoon Snack: Banana, handful Brazil Nuts or Cucumber and Carrot Batons with low fat Hummus
Dinner: Chicken/Fish with Steamed Veg add spices for flavour such as Paprika, Cuman etc
Late evening snack: Low fat Yoghurt
The trick is to eat little and often which speeds up your metabolism, stoking the fire! Never starve yourself, as this slows your metabolism right down and you will end up putting on more weight as your body goes into starvation mode and holds onto food as fat.
