Okay so we all know beach season is approaching. Ew. Bikinis. Before then I would really like to lose about 15 pounds in my tummy, thighs and face. I am a VERY picky eater (no fish!) ALSO, I plan on joining a gym and doing the elliptical for about an hour 3 days a week then 3 days on my home treadmill for an hour. What diet can I have that still includes DIET COKE and a few sweets? More exercise? Thanks :)

As far as your workout, I recommend a running routine - this is a great way to burn fat all over, and tone muscle. See information below regarding recommend dieting foods.. good luck!

Run. Or get on an eliptical, treadmill, or motorbike in case you have entry. Either means, hold it steady and do not get burnt out via going for walks 15 miles the primary three days in a row. Remember to boost weights to exchange burnt off fats and muscle. Don't count on instantaneous outcome, however understand that it's serving to each and every exercise!
