If something is advertised as being "anti parasite food" then stay away because it is lying. The Acidophiliz as Robert mentioned helps to restore gut flora after being treated for parasties because the treatment wipes out ALL bacteria from the gut, some of which is necessary for proper digestion and health and these treatments often take a toll on the lizards. But actual parasite treatment is done with the meds he mentioned and they are not available OTC, and because they are so harsh on the system, should not be used preventatively, but only if there is a known case of parasites or worms.

I answered a variation of this question as a best answer recently. The big question is does it have coccidia, hookworms or something else? the common parasiticides are Albon, Panacar and Metronidazole. None of these is without potential side effects, and the animal has to be stool cultured to see which one works. Baytril, the same enrofloxacin people use, is best for bacterial diarrhea.
First, there are no efficient parasite foods except Acidophiliz+ for Reptiles which doesn't cure anything directly but boosts the immune system of lizards.Truth to tell, most vets are treating a Dragon for the first time. they should be able to rule out hookworms and coccidia. they may not really know what else they should be looking for. Therefore, before you spend money at a vet's, call either the Hopewell Junction or East Fishkill Animal hospital in hopewell Junction, NY where they have a lot of reptile experience. you can google their phone numbers.
AcidophiLiz+ for Reptiles is a good immune booster for treated and untreated lizard GI tracts. You can order it online. It is what i would use after self treating an animal to restore its natural intestinal flora, but how do you know how much of what medicine to give it and for how long without at least a culture and sensitivity? If you see worms, you can use Panacur, but it has to be used in tiny amounts, and I would still ask a vet over the phone how much for what weight of lizard. the nasty stuff that Metronidazole kills is invisible, and too much metronidazole can cause kidney damage.

Wow, Robert Price has a decent answer for once.
