daily or a couple of times a week what other exercises do you have to do for a six pack because i know u can do alot of crunches but not get results you also have to do other exercises to have abs
Update:well i checked some body fat calculators with a tape measure and the results i got were from 6 to 10 percent

Yes eat a healthy diet and do runnig and other sports
A 6-pack is mostly a matter of body fat percentage. If you have a layer of fat covering your abs, you wont get a six pack. You will get one at about 10 percent body fat.
You cannot spot reduce. Assuming you have more than 8-10% bodyfat, no matter how many crunches you do, you will not have visible abs.
Therefore, do cardio. Try running 3-5 times a week, three miles each time. :D
