Your best chance of that is in Nerja. Burianna beach is a good beach. Costa del Sol beaches aren't the best in the world, but Nerja is pretty good. Nerja is about 45 minutes from Málaga airport heading east. Most beaches are very clean and well looked after. the further east you go the clearer the water.

i personally really like the costa del sol. it was very beautiful and there are even some nice restaurants right by there that are on the beach or right across the road. cheap too.
