The best place to go if you are that is would be in Addision.

Carsons is a great bar, they don't specialize in hip-hop but there is some dancing. Unfortunately most hip-hop clubs are overrun with the younger crowd...M5 and Purgatory are good places for that scene.

Dukes in Addision is also nice with tons of people but once again not much hip-hop. You might try City Streets or Have A Nice Day Cafe but I have not been to either of them. Good luck!
