Ok...I don't have one...I have many...in this exact order
1. Pats offense (Minus Maroney)
2. Cowboys offense (Minus Witten)
3. Browns offense (Minus Lewis)
4. Joseph Addai
5. Antonio Gates
What's yours and why?
10+ for best.

I think you have to discount a few from this discussion; Brady, Moss, Braylon Edwards, and anyone else in foul weather games.
If you were foolish enough to stick with players in 35 MPH wind and snow, you get what you get...
Gates, was Questionable coming into the game. He's not a disappointment, given his back injury. He shouldn't have been starting in a fantasy context.
-Addai, 77 total yards against the pathetic Raider run defense.
-Kevin Jones, 18 total yards? The Lions were blown out, but how do you only get 18 yards?
-Joey Galloway, an electrifying 7 yards!
-Plaxico Burress, 35 yards. Yippy.
-Roddy White, 4 yards though he was dinged coming in.
-Rudi Johnson, 16 rushing yards, 7 receiving. Horrible.
-All Dallas players not named Witten.
Gates. I lost a close playoff game b/c of him.
I was 1st in the league and lost to a #4 because he didn't do anything.
He even looked like he could play through the injury b/c he had good second half production after the tweak in week 14.
I think he is a bigger disappointment b/c you'd expect the Patriots to have an off week at some point and this was a good week for it. In foxborough the weather had to eventually slow down that air attack.
Witten still showed up and it was the offensive coordinator for the Cowboys that is to blame. He got away from the run and just let Romo keep airing it out. Despite Romo's hurt thumb and he didn't bench him. What do you expect. he can't hold onto the ball and they don't just give it to Barber and Jones.
Browns offense is not going to do much in that type of weather, it was crazy snowy.
The Oakland run defense is pretty good, i wasn't suprised they shut down addai. Besides he still had 77 all purpose yards and 5 receptions. He would have done decent in a points per reception league despite not making the end zone.
So it has to be Gates as the biggest disappointment. 1 reception 8 yards. No TD's.
First was Romo. Yeah, he hurt his thumb later in the game but he was awful before that. And Dallas had great weather. That's what happens when Jessica Simpson comes to your game. He looked terrible, almost like Joey Harrington out there. Thank God I was playing the guy who had him
Second most disappointing was Brady. The weather wasn't as bad as people thought. And the Jets decided to make the Pats run the ball. I mean, 140 yards and an INT? Are you kidding?
Seeing the highlights of the Browns game, I see why it was a struggle there.
The other disappointment was Addai. He was going against a bad Raiders run defense and did very little.
The last one was the Ravens. I thought McGahee would have a monster game vs. the Dolphins. And I thought their defense would too. It just shows that their offense is awful and their defense isn't even worth starting any more. They're old and can't defend the pass.
I can agree with all of those. Denver DEF got me 1 point, and so did Gates. That's pretty terrible and doesn't help my team at all. I also gotta go with Marion Barber III. 7 carries for 32 yards!!!! What's up with that? I didn't have Derrek Anderson, I know he played in the snow, but his performance was pretty dissappointing. I could also go with Chris Redman, I don't have him, but after his performance against the Saints everyone expected more out of him. He was like 5-14 for I don't even know if he got 100 yards passing. Gotta agree with Addai, 15 carries for 44 yards, but it was also an overall "off" day for the colts' offense overall. I could also go with Welker, he's so unpredictable. He had 3 catches for 30 yards and no TDs. I mean he was a big pick up, but this was a dissappointing blow. MJD could also be a dissapointment, I mean he got me a decent amount of points, but still Fred Taylor seems to be showing him up with his last few performances. Tony Gonzalez: 3 catches 17 yards, WOW, that's all i gotta say. What a week it was, there were many underperformers, but then there were also a lot of overachievers. Wait, there's more. Dallas Clark, 1 catch for 9 yards, amazing, i expected better against a Raiders team. Well, overall it wasn't too bad of a weekend, nice question.
My number one has to be the Dallas Offense.
I think maybe Romo needs to stop dating Jessica Simpson. She seems to be bad luck for him. If I were dating her, I wouldn't be paying attention to the game, I would be paying attention to her........ahem. Anyways.....
Joseph Addai comes in at a close #2. If you are Addai, you are considered an elite back, and a rookie even ran all over the Oakland defense (in reference to Kolby Smith). And you're suppose to rank up close to guys like LT, who had 198 rushing yards and 4 rushing TDs against the same team? Hopefully Addai hasn't caught the Frank Gore syndrome.....
Those are my top 2 biggest disappointments in Week 15.
Also, just wanted to give a shout-out to Mason Crosby! 19 fantasy points in a head-to-head league! He lead my team with the most individual points, and I even have guys like Peyton, Colston, Maroney, and Witten. Haha! Congrats to Crosby!
I have to say I think the biggest disappointment was actually Galloway, Owens and Addai.
Addai did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING against the league's worst run defense. Then with Galloway, he is a premier wide out and yet he can only put up 7 yards!??!! I know Hall played an excellent game but I mean come on. Owens sucked. Enough said.
Romo had a 9 ranking going into the half.
He improved to a 22 for the game.
DUHHHHHH
The Cowboys stunk up the field and Romo and that new girlfriend chick jinxed us.
Therefore, Tony (Ricky per Bryant Gumble) Romo gets the Pole Cat award for Week 15
I gotta say Addai.
You went into the 4:00 games, down by 15, with Addai the only player left in the matchup.
You think, hey, he is playing Oakland, and is coming off a good game. He should go off!
Not so much. Fortunately, this didn't happen to me, but I'm sure it did to some.
My league is a points only league, not head-to-head, so Brady wasn't so devistating. Did hurt, though.
I would say Brady and Romo win big disappointment of the week awards. Although, Brady has a good excuse since the weather was terrible. What's Romo's excuse?
The Buffalo Bills...c'mon, they play in the snow all the time, yet they couldn't seem to handle the snow in Cleveland. And they were playing for that last spot in the AFC playoffs.
