increased energy, activity, and restlessness
(Maybe something happened that caused the person to be motivated)
euphoric mood and extreme optimism
(Maybe something good happened. Oh extreme optimism? How horrible! Lol that is sarcasm)
extreme irritability
(Maybe they just don't wanna talk to you)
racing thoughts, pressured speech, thoughts that jump from one idea to another
(Maybe they simply have a lot on there mind)
distractibility and lack of concentration
(When you have a lot on your mind this seems normal)
decreased need for sleep
(Sometimes motivation makes you not want to sleep)
unrealistic beliefs in one's abilities and powers and ideas
(Maybe they desire to reach there potential)
poor judgment
(Very vague)
spending sprees
(Money should not be a big concern if you follow god)
increased sexual drive
(How terrible)
reckless behavior including fast driving
provocative, intrusive, or aggressive behavior
(Maybe something is angering them)
• Lasting sad, anxious, or empty mood
(Maybe something sad has happened to them)
• feelings of hopelessness or pessimism
(Everyone feels this way sometimes)
• feelings of guilt, worthlessness, or helplessness
(Again most people feel this at some point)
• loss of interest or pleasure in activities once enjoyed, including sex
(Again maybe an event caused this)
• decreased energy, feelings of fatigue or of being "slowed down"
( sounds like sadness to me. Sadness is not a mental disorder)
• difficulty concentrating, remembering, or making decisions
(Maybe they have a lot on there mind)
• restlessness or irritability
(Very vague)
• sleeping too much or inability to sleep or stay asleep
(Sleep problems are normal)
• change in appetite and/or unintended weight loss or gain
(People are always changing like this it is not odd)
•chronic pain or other persistent physical
symptoms not accounted for by illness or injury
(This is stupid)
• thoughts of death or suicide, or suicide attempts.
(Maybe something horrible has happened)
Update:I am extremely close to someone who is diagnosed bipolar and there is nothing wrong with them. They just have some very intense life experiences they need to talk through with someone they can trust. I believe one day you will know who this person is and at that point you will agree with me

Yes. It will be like this unless you take some drastic steps and strictly listen to the good words of advice from any professionally qualified doctor. Pl. fix up an appointment and consult a reliable and good doctor soon.
This looks more like a rant than a question but anyway, the difference between being in extreme moods and so on and Bi Polar are that when a person has Bi Polar they actually aren't thinking logically and use fake logic to justify what they do and think.
