Blackberry jelly, jam, and wine:?
I have 3 gallons of blackberries in my frig that have already began to turn bubbly and sour and probably fermenting can I use them to make jam or jelly or should I wait and make wine?

It sounds like they're past their prime so you should use them for wine.

Blackberry vinegar makes great blackberry dressings for the late summer and fall,
Do you really know some one who drinks blackberry wine?, better for a liquor....
