Your have a gum infection, commonly gingivitious, it is not a respiratory disease, just simply the bugs that live in your mouth normally have multiplied too much and cause inflammation of the gums, you may find if you press hard on your gums that blood may appear also, and perhaps your teeth may even feel like they move a little, as the gum becomes spongy.
Advice, go see your dental hygienist, they can preform a de-scale (basically power hose your gums in places where a tooth brush and mouth wash cant reach)
you will probably need to have this repeated, depending upon the extent of the gum infection (disease) , also I would reccommmend you start using Corsadol mouth wash, and the toothpaste too if you can find it, it tastes gross but this problem will be persistent and it can be a lengthy process to get rid of properly maybe a month or two, but it will need to be addressed and treated properly. IF left untreated, the chemicals produced by these bacteria will have a corrosive effect on your gums, and cause them to recede, which can some times be irreversible , so act now, go to the dentist and clean your teeth more than once a day and use mouth care treatments designed to combat gum disease specifically.
** the reason why you are seeing this more common in the morning is because you have been asleep and the bacteria have had maybe 8 - 10 hours 'getting their freak on' and multiplying like crazy in your mouth
Well for starters I think seeing a doctor would be a little better then asking people in the internet.
yes its called the marginal gingivitis. You have to go see a doctor
