blotchy skin issues?
i have fair skin that's fair year round, it tans just a little bit in the summer time and during the winter i feel so pasty and ugly, especially my face because it gets so blotchy pink. what can i use to help it stay flawless? because i like the fair skin but i hate the pink blotchyness.

do you wash your face with hot water? try tepid water and sometimes cool water to reduce the redness. Also, try putting vitamin E oil on at night and you will most likely wake up with smooth skin
Have you ever tried proactiv solutions? im sure you've heard of it...the toner fixes that problem..in the winter i have the skin blotches & i have pretty fair skin in the winter..sooo i would def. give that a try! (=
