Has he been to the vet recently or had a flea dip? An odd smell on him may be one explanation, or she may be feeling a bit off colour and just not up to it. Leave her for today and don't force it.
But if this continues and she is in good health, consider the possibility that she is developing phobias and watch out for other odd behaviour. I'm afraid the breed are prone to it.
If that happens I recommend you work with a behavioural trainer. Your vet can give you a referral.

might want to she has gotten into something even as you've been lengthy gone? is this the first time you've left her on my own for that length of time? if you're nervous about her wellbeing and experience that something might want to nicely be incorrect i'd take her to the vet. Being that is a weekend and after hours you'll want to discover an emergency vet. in case you call your commonly used vet they ought to have the quantity for an emergency vet on their answering device or perhaps on their website in the adventure that they have got one. I want you success with you domestic dog!
Some dogs just don't care for the energy of a puppy. Not much you can do about it.
