I am basically just going to put chicken breast in the crock pot on low for 5 hours with a bottle of Frank's and maybe some butter. Should I add any other ingredients? Will it be too spicy?
Update:not too long- they are thick breasts on low, I made them last week with a teryaki sauce and it was perfect :)

Like the franks & butter idea but crock for 5 hrs sounds wrong...the breast is a dry part of the chicken, not much fat in it , won't that be way too long?
I don't normally like Buffalo wings because they're too spicy, but if that's how you make yours then it should be fine. You might do a search on Buffalo wing sauce recipes and use that as your base and add the Frank's to it. I'm thinking a little garlic and/or onion powder, a bit of brown sugar or molasses to add depth of flavor, maybe a small can of tomato sauce or a bit of tomato paste mixed with the Frank's.
