I have this burning pain in my stomach, almost feels like hunger pains. Extremely nauseous, it woke me up. I dont know what this could be...my roommate thinks maybe food poisoning but i have not vomited or have a fever.

You should go see a doctor as soon as you can. It could be any sort of stomach virus, including a stomach ulcer which are easily treated if you go to a doctor but fatal if you do not. Take care of yourself, I hope you get better soon!
Your symptoms sound like gastritis. It is a generic diagnosis that describe a host of symptoms caused by inflammation of the stomach's lining.
It is usually caused by excessive use of pain killers (eg ibuprofen), infections or bacteria, specifially h. pylori (ulcers).
Since the gut is linked to your brain through serotonin, it does not suprise me that you feel headaches and dizzy spells.
There are many useful test that can check for any of these problems including blood tests, stool tests, breath tests and upper endoscopy.
There are many treatments that will make you feel better including rx antacids and if needed therapy for bacteria.
