i read the definition of it and it is a plausibility. right now i feel like my brain is on steroids. i am thinking about everything at once. things i like things i dont want to think about. so i suppose it is a jumble then random bouts of anger for dum reasons. i get mad then punch my desk till i bleed. and this is over something trivial. i have been doing push ups lately instead. i felt like this once before like 4 or five years ago. and then i felt like i was going nuts. but it passed.

i figured it could be like idle hands in a way. no school or educational input. or because i am lonely. and by lonely i mean no girl friend.
