ok, so when I was 17 I was arrested for tresspassing, at least thats what it stated when I looked up my record in my county, however it stated burglary in the states data base, anyways I completed a program and that was that, it then reemerged when I was 22, during a background check for a job. I went and investigated at the juvenile detention center and they told me that their systems were backed up and certain things that were suppose to come off havent been doing so, so, he told me if i wanted to I could just go ahead with the expungement, so I did, and the charge no longer shows up, however I dont know if it was because I expunged it or because the system just dropped it. My question is, if the system didnt drop it and it doesnt show up bcuz I expunged it, does that mean I used up my one expungement already even though I was a juvenile and I should not have had to "use my one expungement", and should still have it available, cause now I need it.

What is this "one expungement" thing?
You can always ask for an expungement if you meet the right criteria.
Besides, are you planning on doing any more breaking and entering?
If you need it again, you have a criminal personality. You would have stopped breaking the law if you weren't a criminal.
nope
