If you are dual citizen, yes you can own land. My wife is dual U.S. and Philippines. We (she) own a house and lot in Bataan. Completely legal. If anything happens to her, I'm screwed, Any of her immediate or distant relatives can claim her property over me.
Yes you can as a dual citizen. Be safe though and check with a good competent Lawyer in PI. There are many. I would recommend [email protected] He has done me justice on all questions on buying land to condo. Vey good man. Will answer and help you
You said you live in Australia, right, therefore you are surrounded with anglo-phones, therefore you are not excuse to make mistakes with your english.
Would you mind to reformulate your question?
Yes you can but be sure to have a lawyer check everything out about the ownership of the land.
