well im 17 and 1 month and I'm currently 5'10.5". Neither of my parents are really tall my dad being 5'11" and my mom at 5'7". It actually turns out that I'm still growing, but just slowing down as I have only grew a little more than 3/4 of an inch over the past year. I'd really like to be 6' or 6'1", i just dont know if I'll grow much more. Can I make it to 6ft? Is there anything I can possibly due to optimize my potential growth, through certain natural methods (stretching, foods, sleep, other activities)?

If you follow the latest clinical evidence on the topic, you'll see that there are several nutritional tips and techniques to maximize height up until our bones quit growing around age 20. Here are the most important tips, followed by supporting clinical evidence.
1) Take a daily multivitamin with micronutrients. See below for recommended micronutrients to improve height.
2) Take 1000mg (1g) of calcium carbonate supplement daily.
3) Take 3g of GABA (an inexpensive amino acid supplement) at least once daily to quadruple baseline growth hormone levels.
4) Engage in regular low-risk vibrational physical activity, such as plyometric training, volleyball, basketball, short-to-medium range jogging.
5) Practice meditation for 20-30 minutes regularly around dusk in order to reduce stress and improve hormonal profile for growth (cortisol can inhibit growth).

P.S. And yes, getting at least 7 and preferably 8 hours of quality sleep per night, regularly, is essential for maximizing your growth.
Well, I am not sure about any natural methods, besides letting your body do the work and help it by eating healthy. Your height is based on your family's genetics. At your age and height, you should expect to be like your dad, or a bit taller. You may grow to be 6 feet tall, but you should expect not to be 6 feet, as you are almost at the end of your growth. Generally, men don't stop growing until they are about 20, and women don't stop growing about 17-18. Though, these are not strict, my mother stopped growing in 7th grade. It all depends on when you started puberty, and you should expect to stop growing around 8 years after it started.
