Can my school keep my phone?
I forgot to turn the sound off my phone in school today and my luck a telemarketer called me and it got tooken away. They said that a parent has to come get it during school hours which mine can't because of work. If I get a note from a parent saying they know that the phone was taken away and they want it returned to me can the school actally rufuse? Even though it is not their property and my parent ask for it to be returned to me?

Man, that has happened to me before they should give you a warning or something. At my school you get caught with a cell phone they take it away AND write you up. Get your parents to call them. Or get an older sibling or family member to go and get it.
no the school cant keep your phone. but if your parents cant pick it up they most likely wont give it back. but at the end of the school year they have to give it back or else thats considered stealing
