If you pass too much water, you can lower the levels of potassium, sodium, and other minerals to a point that your body can't cope. Also passing excessive amounts of water strains the kidneys.
There is a recommendation of 2 litres (around 4 pints) a day, 3 if you are doing heavy work or its very hot. There was the case of a girl who regularly drank 4 litres (around a gallon) and more of water every day, and she hand "water intoxication" because it dilutes the body's fluids too much, making her seem severely overweight, and putting a huge strain on her kidneys and heart.
Scientist says you can if you strain, since your blood pressure goes up, increasing your chances of a heart attack, stroke etc. Best prevention is to take it easy.

Well if you are peeing in a war zone or on a toilet full of bubbling acid or squatting on a piranha infested tank.........yes you could die peeing!
maybe not from peeing but im sure you can die while peeing.
Welp, its real hard to be totally serious when you do not give a seriously complete question.
You can die doing ANYTHING honey. How's that for serious?
You mean death by pee? No, but when you die you lose bodily functions and the urine is released, so you most likely will pee dying, yeah.
i know I've heared myself say 'I had to to pee so bad I thought I would die", but I doubt it

after you die your body muscles will push out any urine or feces left in your system
