Ebay and Etsy are potential places to find cheap, authentic vintage clothing, however the selection is sporadic and limited. If you are into authentic, I would check out LAVintage.com.
online place 2 go is ebay.com but there is 1 place you may not have were you live but it is called platos closet and everything is about 10 dollers but it has all the expensive name brand clothes like american eagle abecrombie hollister etc. it is great if u have it in ur home town or werever u live you sould try it out cauz it iz amazing!!! hpe this helps!!!:):):):):)
cheap + the kind of clothes you're looking for don't really happen in chain stores, trust me i've tried. (at least in US, if you're from europe i can't help)
your best bet would be checking out thrift shops and places live goodwill.
