Update:My family isn't in the best of financial situations and I have my own job for as long as I am here however I only work as needed and am paid $7.25 per hour, my job is also forty minutes away from where my school is now so It makes things a bit difficult with gas and stuff until I graduate soon

Studying in the UK will cost you a minimum of around £15,000 a year in tuition fees, and £7-10,000 in living costs. Unless you can prove you can afford this, you simply won't get a student visa.
There are very few scholarships for foreign students; none are full ride, and all are very difficult to get. They'll be offered directly by universities, so you'd need to do your own research.
